Sylvia Carolina Alcazar Alay

Sylvia Carolina Alcázar Alay desde 2009 vem desenvolvendo atividades de pesquisa, desenvolvimento e inovação. Ela possui graduação em Engenharia de Alimentos pela Universidade Nacional Jorge Basadre Grohmann de Tacna (UNJBG - Tacna - PERU) (1995-2000) e mestrado em Engenharia de Alimentos pela Universidade Estadual de Campinas (UNICAMP) (2009-2011). Sylvia Carolina Alcázar Alay since 2009 has been developing research, development and innovation. She holds a degree in Food Engineering from the National University Jorge Basadre Grohmann Tacna (UNJBG - Tacna - PERU) (1995-2000) and master's degree in Food Engineering from the State University of Campinas (Unicamp) (2009-2011).
