Rodrigo Helio Nascimento de Andrade

Master in Justice and Security from the Federal Fluminense University (UFF) and Bachelor in Public and Social Security from the same university. Today he works as an Advisor at the Undersecretariat of Social Reintegration of the State Secretariat of Penitentiary Administration of Rio de Janeiro (SEAP). With experience in research in the criminal justice system, he has also served as Advisor to the Director of Education and Research of the Secretariat of Public Order of the Municipality of Niterói, Assistant to the Undersecretariat of Education, Valorization and Prevention of the Secretariat of State for Security of Rio de Janeiro, Director and Coordinator of Planning and Teaching Projects of the School of Penitentiary Management of Rio de Janeiro.

Mestre em Justiça e Segurança pela Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF) e Bacharel em Segurança Pública e Social pela mesma universidade. Hoje atua como Assessor na Subsecretaria de Reintegração Social da Secretaria de Estado de Administração Penitenciária do Rio de Janeiro (SEAP). Com experiência em pesquisa no sistema de justiça criminal, também atuou como Assessor do Diretor de Ensino e Pesquisa da Secretaria de Ordem Pública da Prefeitura de Niterói, Assistente da Subsecretaria de Educação, Valorização e Prevenção da Secretaria de Estado de Segurança do Rio de Janeiro, Diretor e Coordenador de Planejamento e Projetos de Ensino da Escola de Gestão Penitenciária do Rio de Janeiro.
