HÉLIO HENRIQUE HOLANDA DE SOUZA

He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Ceará (1999), a Master's degree in Transport Engineering from the Military Engineering Institute (2001) and a PhD in Transport Engineering from the Federal University of Ceará. He is currently a regulatory analyst at the Regulatory Agency for Delegated Public Services of the State of Ceará - ARCE, an effective professor at the Federal Institute of Ceará - IFCE, and a consultant. He has experience in Transport Engineering, with emphasis on Transportation Planning and Operations, mainly working on the following topics: demand planning and modeling, regulatory issues and pricing policy, transport economics, and urban transit

Possui graduação em Engenharia Civil pela Universidade Federal do Ceará (1999), mestrado em Engenharia de Transportes pelo Instituto Militar de Engenharia (2001) e doutorado em Engenharia de Transportes na Universidade Federal do Ceará. Atualmente é analista de regulação da Agência Reguladora de Serviços Públicos Delegados do Estado do Ceará - ARCE, professor efetivo do Instituto Federal do Ceará - IFCE, e consultor. Tem experiência na área de Engenharia de Transportes, com ênfase em Planejamento e Operações de Transportes, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: planejamento e modelagem da demanda, regulação e política tarifária, economia dos transportes, e operação de transporte de passageiros.
