Luiz Gustavo Bezerra de Melo

Advogado, Professor e Historiador, com mestrado pela Universidade Federal de Pernambuco (UFPE), cujo título da dissertação é: A fábrica têxtil do Paulista - história, luta de classes e processos trabalhistas : 1963-1965. Especialista em Direitos Humanos pelo Centro de Estudos de Especialização e Extensão, cujo objeto de estudo foi a internacionalização das relações de trabalho e o papel da OIT na nova ordem mundial. Atualmente participa do projeto na UFPE/TRT6ª REGIÃO, envolvendo catalogação, digitalização de Processos Trabalhistas das Juntas de Conciliação da 6ª Região ? JCJ do Paulista ? PE (1945 ? 1965), além de práticas didático-pedagógicas, mídias sociais e lutas de classe, sob a orientação do Professor Doutor Antônio Torres Montenegro (UFPE). Participa também de um grupo de estudos envolvendo praticas educativas, com Professores da rede privada de Pernambuco. Nesse mesmo laboratório, elaborou o glossário jurídico, voltado para alunos de outras áreas do conhecimento, cujo objetivo foi facilitar o entendimento de termos específicos utilizados no Direito. Como advogado, atua no Sindicato dos Conferentes nos Portos do Estado de Pernambuco, além da Associação Nacional dos Historiadores, seccional Pernambuco (ANPUH-PE). É sócio proprietário do Escritório Bezerra de Melo - ADVOCACIA, atuando nas áreas de Direito do trabalho, Sindical, cível e Educacional. Professor de curso envolvendo prática trabalhista, relações de trabalho e humanização. É Consultor jurídico e Educacional de diversas Escolas em Recife, atuando também como mediador educacional. Atualmente, estuda áreas envolvendo Educação, luta de classe, Neoliberalismo, memória, Direitos Humanos, ditadura militar e reabertura política.

Lawyer, Professor and Historian, with a master's degree from the Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE), whose dissertation title is: The textile factory of Paulista - history, class struggle and labor processes: 1963-1965. Specialist in Human Rights at Faculdade Focus, whose object of study was the internationalization of labor relations, the role of the ILO in the new world order. He currently participates in the project at UFPE/TRT6ª REGIÃO, involving cataloging, digitization of Labor Processes of the Conciliation Boards of the 6th Region - JCJ do Paulista - PE (1945 - 1965), in addition to didactic-pedagogical practices, social media and class struggles, under the guidance of Professor Antônio Torres Montenegro (UFPE). He also participates in a study group involving educational practices, with teachers from the private network of Pernambuco. In the same laboratory, he prepared the legal glossary, aimed at students from other areas of knowledge, whose objective was to facilitate the understanding of specific terms used in Law. As a lawyer, he works at the Union of Lecturers in the Ports of the State of Pernambuco, in addition to the National Association of Historians, Pernambuco section (ANPUH-PE). He is a partner-owner of the Bezerra de Melo Office - ADVOCACIA, working in the areas of labor, union, civil and educational law. He is a legal and educational consultant for several schools in Recife, also acting as an educational mediator. Currently, he studies areas involving class struggle, trade unionism, memory, Human Rights, military dictatorship and political reopening..
