Edmo Colnaghi Neves

He graduated in Law from PUCSP-Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo in 1987, where he obtained his Master's degree in State Law in 1994, with the dissertation Constitutional Principles of Taxation and Doctor of State Law in 2003 with the thesis on Contributions to FUST and FUNTTEL.Edmo worked for 32 years as a in house counsel for multinationals companies based in the United States and Europe, having held the position of manager at BELL SOUTH (BCP / Claro Telecomunicações) and PFIZER (pharmaceutical) for 7 years and the positions of Legal and Compliance Officer for America Latina and Senior Counselor respectively at ABB Asea Brown Boveri, Alstom and GE- General Electric for 10 years, as well as worked at the Trench Rossi Watanabe Advogados and Albino Advogados Associados law firms.He studied in Michigan, Ann Arbor, at the Institute for Legal Education (1998) and in Lausanne, Switzerland, at the IIMD (International Institute for Management Development) in 2010.He was Professor of Law at several Faculties of Law such as MACKENZIE, TREVISAN, PUCSP, FIA e PUCRSHe currently works as an independent lawyer and Compliance Advisor, having 13 years of experience in the creation, implementation and development of Business Integrity Programs and is Professor of Compliance and Tax at ESA / OABHe is the author of several articles published in magazines, on the Internet and books, having launched in 2018 the book Corporate Compliance, the tone of leadership. and lectures in various organs and colleges.

Formação como Conselheiro de Administração no IBGC - Instituto Brasileiro de Governança Corporativa, pós-graduação em administração de empresas na FIA - Fundação Instituto de Administração e Auditoria e Gestão de Riscos no IIA - International Institute of Auditors. Fluente em Inglês, Espanhol e Italiano. Básico em Francês.Foi diretor jurídico e compliance durante dez anos nas empresas ABB ASEA BROWN BOVERI E GE - GENERAL ELECTRIC e anteriormente gerente jurídico em CLARO TELECOMUNICAÇÕES E PFIZER (WYETH WHITEHALL). Atuou durante 30 (trinta) anos em departamentos jurídicos de empresas.Foi Presidente e Conselheiro do IBDEE - Instituto Brasileiro de Direito e Ética Empresarial, é membro da Comissão de Ética do IBGC - Instituto Brasileiro de Governança Corporativa. e é membro das Comissões de Compliance da OAB e IASP.Autor em 18 livros, sendo 3 individuais. Coordena Curso de Direito Corporativo e Compliance na PUCSP, sendo também professor na Universidade Mackenzie, IBMEC, TREVISAN, EPD, UNIFOR, UNICAP, UNOCHAPECÓ, UNOESC e PUCRS..
