Graduado (2011), mestre (2014) e doutor (2020) em História pela Universidade Federal do Paraná. Dedica-se aos estudos de história e audiovisual e à história da música ocidental americana com foco no blues e suas representações. Também estuda as questões relativas à escrita fílmica da História em geral a nível teórico. Atualmente se foca nos efeitos semânticos do uso da banda sonora e design de som nas narrativas fílmicas sobre a História do blues.
Graduated, master degree em PhD through the Federal University of Paraná. Among his study objects highlights the relation between history and audiovisual and the western american music history, focused on the blues and its representations. Also studies the questions related to the filmic writing of history at the theory level and the semantic aspects of the use of soundtrack and sound design in the filmic narratives about the blues History.
