Celso Koetz Junior

Graduated in Veterinary Medicine at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul / Brazil, Master degree in Animal Reproduction at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul / Brazil, PhD in Animal Science at the Londrina State University/Brazil and Postdoc at Animal Science department at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul / Brazil. Experience in animal breeding and work as manager of farms and educational institutions, actively participating in the training of researchers, graduate and undergraduate students. Participates in the development and ongoing of research, extension activities and projects in collaboration with national and international institutions. Acting on the following subjects: bovine reproduction, embryo transfer, ovum pick up (OPU), beef cattle genetic evaluation programs, bull reproductive potential evaluation using noninvasive tools like color Doppler ultrasound and infrared thermography, timed artificial insemination and beef cattle production systems.
