PHD Candidate in Law at UFRGS (Sustainable Artificial Intelligence), Graduated in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS/1997), Specialist in Civil Procedure from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS/2001), Master in Law (PUCRS/2008). He was a professor in the undergraduate and graduate courses at Laureate International Universities, he was Chief Attorney of two federal autarchies and Legal Director of a large office in the country. He is currently a lawyer, legal consultant, Legal Director of Ventiur Startup Accelerator, and Chief Lawyer of the Regional Administration Council of the State of Rio Grande do Sul, Vice-President of the Banking Law Commission of OABRS and Coordinator of the Law and Startup Study Group at ESA-OABRS and collaborating professor in several higher level entities. Doutorando em Direito pela UFRGS (Inteligência Artificial Sustentável). Graduado em Ciências Jurídicas e Sociais pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS/1997), Especialista em Processo Civil pela Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS/ 2001), Mestre em Direito pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS/2008) e Foi professor nos cursos de graduação e pós-graduação na UNIRITTER Laureate International Universities, foi Procurador-Chefe de duas autarquias federais e Diretor Jurídico de grande escritório do pais. Atualmente é Diretor Juridico da Ventiur Aceleradora, membro da Comissão Nacional de Direito para Startups da OAB Nacional, Coordenador do Grupo de Estudos de Direito e Startup da ESA-OABRS e Advogado Chefe do Conselho Regional de Administração do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul, Vice-Presidente da Comissão de Direito Bancário da OABRS e professor colaborador em diversas entidades de nível superior, Assessor Jurídico do Parque Científico e Tecnológico da UFRGS.
