Bernardo Sfredo Miorando

Bernardo SFREDO MIORANDO was born in Erechim (RS, Brazil) He obtained his PhD degree (2019) from the Graduate Program on Education of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), sponsored by a Capes grant. He is also a Master in Education (2014), supported by a CNPq grantee, and a Bachelor in International Relations (2010), degrees obtained in the same Institution. He is a researcher and a practitioner in Comparative and International Higher Education, working with the themes of internationalization, innovation and evaluation in higher education. As a member of UFRGS's Graduate Student Association (APG), he was a graduate student representative in UFRGS's Chamber of Graduate Affairs (CAMPG) and Institutional Evaluation Commission (CPA). He was a visiting doctoral student and researcher at the Finnish Institute for Educational Research at the University of Jyväskylä.

Natural de Erechim (RS). Doutor em Educação, na linha de pesquisa Educação, Culturas e Humanidades, com bolsa Capes (2019), na Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS). Mestre em Educação na linha de pesquisa Universidade: Teoria e Prática (2014), com bolsa CNPq, e bacharel em Relações Internacionais (2010), também pela UFRGS. Tem como foco a Educação Superior Comparada e Internacional e pesquisa nos temas de internacionalização, inovação e avaliação na educação superior. Como membro da Associação de Pós-Graduandos (APG) da UFRGS, foi representante discente de pós-graduação na Câmara de Pós-Graduação (CAMPG) e na Comissão Própria de Avaliação (CPA) da UFRGS. Realizou estágio doutoral como estudante/pesquisador visitante no Finnish Institute for Educational Research da University of Jyväskylä.
