João Paulo Attie

Doutor em Educação pela Faculdade de Educação - FEUSP (2013 - Conceito 6), Pós-Doutor em Matemática pelo Instituto de Matemática e Estatística IME USP (2021), é Licenciado em Matemática pelo IME USP (1993) e Mestre em Educação pela FEUSP (2001). Atualmente é Professor Associado do Departamento de Matemática da Universidade Federal de Sergipe (UFS) e Professor Permanente dos Programas de Pós Graduação em Ensino de Ciências e Matemática (PPGECIMA) e Rede Nordeste de Ensino (RENOEN). Líder do Grupo de Pesquisa Argumentação, Inclusão e Educação Matemática. Tem experiência na área de Educação, com ênfase em Ensino de Matemática, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: Educação Matemática Inclusiva, Processos de Argumentação no Ensino de Matemática e Materiais Didáticos para o Ensino de Matemática.

He has experience in Education, with an emphasis on Mathematics Teaching, working mainly on the following topics: Inclusive Mathematics Education, Argumentation Processes in Mathematics Teaching and Didactic Materials for Mathematics Teaching.
