Ex-Chefe de Gabinete e Assistente Jurídico da 1ª Câmara Reservada de Direito Empresarial do Tribunal de Justiça do Estado de São Paulo, sob a responsabilidade do Desembargador Cesar Ciampolini Neto. Ex-Advogado da L. O. Baptista Advogados. Desenvolveu projeto de iniciação científica sob orientação do Prof. Fábio Konder Comparato, com bolsa da Fundação de Amparo à Pesquisa do Estado de São Paulo - FAPESP. Foi aluno intercambista na London School of Economics and Political Science - LSE (2012). É aluno do Programa de Doutorado da Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de São Paulo - USP (2016).
