Glória Thereza Chan

Master in Visual Arts in the line of Image and Culture of the School of Fine Arts of UFRJ (2009), has a degree in: Visual Communication by the Armando Álvares Penteado Foundation (1977), Full Degree in Artistic Education with Qualification in Drawing by the University Center Belas Artes Of São Paulo (1982), Pedagogy (School Administration and Supervision 1st and 2nd grades) by the University of Guarulhos (1994). Post-graduation - Specialization in Art Therapy by the Sedes Sapientiae Institute (2003). He teaches Geometric Design, Arts Education, Visual Arts in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education I and I, High School, Teaching and in the UNIRIO / CEDERJ Pedagogy course, from 1976 to the present day. She worked as a visual arts teacher for two years at the Pedro II Realengo College between May 2013 and 2015. She was an advisor to Luiz Carlos Mello, director of the Museum of Images of the Unconscious, at the Nise da Silveira Municipal Institute, Rio de Janeiro / RJ , about 10 years, participating in numerous projects of the Museum, and acting as Pedagogue in the studios of the same Institution. Training and Experience in the area of ​​Geometric Design, Visual Arts, Art Therapy, Ceramics, Painting, Weaving, Aromatherapy, Emotional Shiatsu, Reiki.

Pós-graduação - Especialização em Arte Terapia pelo Instituto Sedes Sapientiae (2003). Ministra aulas de Desenho Geométrico, Educação Artística, Artes Visuais na Educação Infantil, Ensino Fundamental I e I , Ensino Médio, Magistério e no curso de Pedagogia da UNIRIO/CEDERJ, desde 1976 até os dias de hoje. Trabalhou como professora de Artes Visuais contratada por 2 anos no Colégio Pedro II Realengo, entre maio de 2013 a 2015. Foi assessora de Luiz Carlos Mello, diretor do Museu de Imagens do Inconsciente, no Instituto Municipal Nise da Silveira, Rio de Janeiro/RJ, por 10 anos, participando de inúmeros projetos do Museu, e atuando como Pedagoga nos ateliês da mesma Instituição.
