Cesar Henrique Goersch Andrade

Atualmente cursando o Programa de Doutoramento em Ciência da Computação organizado em conjunto pelas Universidades do Minho, Aveiro e Porto (MAPi - Dotoral Programme in Computer Science). Mestre em Informática pela Universidade Federal do Amazonas -UFAM (2021) e graduado em Engenharia Eletrônica pela Universidade Federal do Pará - UFPA (1997). Atualmente trabalha como analista de tecnologia da informação na Secretaria de Estado da Fazenda do Estado do Amazonas, atuado na área de Infraestrutura de datacenter, redes de computadores e segurança de rede. Concluiu mestrado em Computação pelo ICOMP/UFAM, com a dissertação "AUTENTICAÇÃO CONTÍNUA DE USUÁRIOS UTILIZANDO CONTADORES DE DESEMPENHO DO SISTEMA OPERACIONAL" e tem interesse de estudos na área de autenticação continua, segurança da informação, infraestrutura de datacenter, rede de computadores, processamento de linguagem natural e machine learning.

Currently studying the Doctoral Program in Computer Science organized jointly by the Universities of Minho, Aveiro and Porto (MAPi - Doctoral Program in Computer Science). Master in Informatics from the Federal University of Amazonas -UFAM (2021) and graduated in Electronic Engineering from the Federal University of Pará - UFPA (1997). He currently works as an information technology analyst at the State Secretariat of Finance of the State of Amazonas, working in the area of datacenter infrastructure, computer networks and network security. He completed a master's degree in Computing from ICOMP / UFAM, with the dissertation "CONTINUOUS AUTHENTICATION OF USERS USING OPERATING SYSTEM PERFORMANCE COUNTERS" and is interested in studies in the area of continuous authentication, information security, data center infrastructure, computer network, data processing natural language and machine learning.
