Jane Kelli Aparecido

Doutoranda no Instituto de Relações Internacionais da Universidade de São Paulo (IRI-USP). Possui LL.M (Master of Laws) em "International & Comparative Law" pela The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, EUA (2015), Especialização em "Trabajo y Derechos Fundamentales" pela Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha, Espanha (2011) e é formada em Direito e Ciências Sociais pela PUC Campinas (2010). Atualmente é diretora na The Ohio State University - Brazil Gateway. Tem admissão para praticar direito no Brasil (OAB-2010) e no estado de Nova Iorque (Third Judicial Department-2019), com experiência nas áreas de Direito Penal (Ministério Publico do Estado de Sao Paulo), Direito do Trabalho Internacional e Comparado (pesquisa acadêmica), "Charitable Law" (Ohio Attorney General's Office - Charitable Law Section) e "Legal Compliance" (ONG ECDI - Economic & Community Development Institute). Também possui mais de 10 anos de experiência em educação fundamental e ensino de idiomas. Sua pesquisa atual versa sobre a internacionalização da educação superior, diplomacia pública e política externa dos Estados Unidos. Recentemente, foi pesquisadora visitante na Ontario Institute for Studies in Education, da University of Toronto (11/2019).

Ms. Aparecido holds an LL.M (Master of Laws) in International & Comparative Law from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, U.S. (2015), an Specialization in Labor and Fundamental Rights from the University Castilla-La Mancha, Spain (2011) and a bachelor's degree in Law and Social Sciences from the Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas - PUCCAMP (2010). Currently, she is the director at The Ohio State University - Brazil Gateway. She is admitted to practice law in Brazil (OAB-2010) and in the state of New York (Third Judicial Department-2019) with legal experience in Criminal Law (Public Ministry of Sao Paulo - District Attorney's Office of Itatiba), International & Comparative Labor and Employment Law (research), Charitable Law (Ohio Attorney General's Office - Charitable Law Section) and Legal Compliance (ECDI - Economic & Community Development Institute). She also has 10 years of experience in fundamental education and English and Spanish as a second language. Her current research is on the internationalization of higher education, public diplomacy, and US foreign affairs.
