Doutorando em Administração Pública e Governo pela Escola de Administração de Empresas de São Paulo da Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV-EAESP) e em Minorities & Multiligualism pela University of Groningen (Holanda). É mestre em Administração Pública e Governo pela FGV-EAESP e graduado em Direito pela Universidade de São Paulo. É pesquisador associado do Centro de Estudos da Metrópole (CEM-USP) e do Centro de Estudos de Cultura Contemporânea (CEDEC) e compõe o Núcleo de Estudos da Burocracia (NEB/FGV). Pesquisa temas ligados aos direitos humanos e à reprodução de desigualdades na implementação de políticas públicas. Entre 2014 e 2016, foi Chefe de Gabinete da Secretaria Municipal de Direitos Humanos e Cidadania da Prefeitura de São Paulo e, entre 2021 e 2022, foi Chefe de Gabinete na Câmara Municipal de São Paulo.
PhD candidate in Public Administration and Government at the São Paulo School of Business Administration of the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV-EAESP) and in Minorities & Multiligualism at the University of Groningen (Netherlands). He holds a Master's degree in Public Administration and Government from FGV-EAESP and a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of São Paulo. He is an associate researcher at the Centre for Metropolitan Studies (CEM-USP) and the Centre for Contemporary Culture Studies (CEDEC) and is a member of the Centre for Bureaucracy Studies (NEB/FGV). He researches topics related to human rights and the reproduction of inequalities in the implementation of public policies. Between 2014 and 2016, he was Chief of Cabinet of the Municipal Secretariat for Human Rights and Citizenship of the Municipality of São Paulo and, between 2021 and 2022, he was Chief of Cabinet at the São Paulo City Council.
