Débora Agráz Cutino Nogueira

Doctoral student in Education at the Catholic University of Santos, a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering at Unisanta (2014), a degree in Electronic Engineering from Unisanta (1992), a Mathematics Degree from Claretiano (2019) and currently a degree in Systems Analysis and Development at the University of São Judas.. I worked for 23 years at "Volkswagen do Brasil Ltda" in the Factory Planning Area where I won the "VW Recognition Premium" for optimizing operational processes bringing annual profits to the company. I have experience in the area of ​​Electrical Engineering, with an emphasis on Industrial Automation, Management with excellence in Information Systems, where I worked with the objective of ensuring, corporately: the flexibility of Automation in the production lines; process optimization to ensure greater productivity at lower cost; specialist in identifying problems or failures in the process; and creator of assertive alternatives for an effective and productive implantation. Teacher of the Production Engineering course at "Centro Universitário São Judas - Campus Unimonte" and at "Universidade Católica de Santos". Participates in the Unisantos Operational and Logistics Research Group - GPOLOG where I am currently in the process of publishing an article in the "Revista Produção Online". I won the "Padre Magela Premium" for presenting an outstanding work in the Education area using the transdisciplinarity between the Production Engineering and Cinema courses at São Judas - Campus Unimonte. Presented works at Congresses such as: "Intelligent Interface for Automation in the Management of Process Lines" and "Development of automation resources to support medical diagnostic processes". Participated in the implementation of several product launches, where I was directly responsible for interacting with all process lines, identifying the specific restrictions and finishes of the product, to ensure the correct path of the bodywork between the areas of Frame, Painting and Final Assembly of all the plants of Brazil (Anchieta, Taubaté, Curitiba and São Carlos). In 2014, I participated as a student representative member of the CPG of the Unisanta Postgraduate Program in the Mechanics Master course. I obtained approval of the article "Information System using intelligent interface for optimizing automotive manufacturing process", which is available in the Scopus database, referring to the International Conference on Engineering and Applied Sciences Optimizations - Greece "organized by NTUA (National Technical University of Athens). I passed the Foreign Language Proficiency exam - English and Spanish. I gave a lecture on "Information Systems applied to Automotive Industries" at Unisanta. I taught technical disciplines in the Project Management MBA courses at São Judas - Unimonte Campus and Quality Management at Unisanta, invited to publish an article on Intelligent Interfaces and to participate in the journal's reviewing committee, both for the "International Journal of Engineering and Mathematical Modeling." I have several works with Engineering students using mathematics (games) for learning and to develop the human value of students. Adaptable, flexible and very committed to the company that operates.

Doutoranda em Educação na Universidade Católica de Santos, fez Mestrado em Engenharia Mecânica na Unisanta (2014), graduada em Engenharia Eletrônica pela Unisanta (1992), possui Licenciatura de Matemática pelo Claretiano (2019) e faz atualmente a graduação em Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas na Universidade São Judas. Atua como coordenadora das Áreas de Engenharias e Tecnologias & TI do Centro Universitário São Judas Tadeu - Campus Unimonte.,Trabalhou 23 anos na Volkswagen do Brasil Ltda na área de Planejamento de Fábrica onde conquistou o "Prêmio de Reconhecimento da VW" por otimizar processos operacionais trazendo lucros anuais para empresa.Possui experiência na área de Engenharia Elétrica, com ênfase em Automação Industrial, Gestão com excelência em Sistemas de Informação, onde trabalhou com o objetivo de garantir, corporativamente: a flexibilidade da Automação nas linhas produtivas; otimização de processos para garantir maior produtividade com menor custo; especialista em identificação de problemas ou falhas no processo; e criadora de alternativas assertivas para uma implantação eficaz e produtiva. Professora do curso de Engenharia de Produção no Centro Universitário São Judas - Campus Unimonte e na Universidade Católica de Santos. Participa do Grupo de Pesquisa Operacional e Logística - GPOLOG da Unisantos onde atualmente está em vias de publicação de um artigo na Revista Produção Online. Ganhou o "Prêmio Padre Magela" por apresentar um trabalho de destaque na área de Educação utilizando a transdisciplinaridade entre os cursos de Engenharia de Produção e Cinema na São Judas - Campus Unimonte. Apresentou trabalhos em Congressos como: "Interface Inteligente para Automação na Gestão das Linhas de Processo" e " Desenvolvimento de recursos de automação para apoio a processos de diagnósticos médicos". Participou da implantação de vários lançamentos de produtos, onde tinha responsabilidade direta em interagir com todas as linhas de processo, identificando as restrições e acabamentos específicos do produto, para garantir o percurso correto da carroçaria entre as áreas de Armação, Pintura e Montagem Final de todas as plantas do Brasil ( Anchieta, Taubaté, Curitiba e São Carlos ). Participou em 2014 como membro representante discente do CPG do Programa de Pós Graduação Unisanta do curso de Mestrado de Mecânica. Obteve aprovação do artigo " Information System using intelligent interface for optimizing automotive manufacturing process", o qual está disponibilizado no Scopus database, referente ao International Conference on Engineering and Applied Sciences Optimizations - Greece" organizado pela NTUA ( National Technical University of Athens ). Foi aprovada no exame de Proficiência em Língua Estrangeira - Inglês e Espanhol. Ministrou palestra de "Sistema de Informação aplicados à Indústrias Automobilísticas" na Unisanta. Ministrou disciplinas técnicas nos cursos de MBA de Gestão de Projetos na São Judas - Campus Unimonte e Gestão da Qualidade na Unisanta. Foi convidada a publicar um artigo sobre as Interfaces Inteligentes e a participar do comite revisor do jornal, ambos para o "International Journal of Engineering and Mathematical Modelling". Possui vários trabalhos com os alunos das Engenharias utilizando a matemática (jogos) para aprendizagem e para desenvolver o valor humano dos alunos.
