Denilson Peres Tosta

Army R1 officer at the rank of Colonel. Graduated from Academia Militar das Agulhas Negras (AMAN) in 1985, in Field Artillery. Specialized in Coastal and Anti-Aircraft Artillery in 1988 and in Management and Advice in 2007. Postgraduate in Public Administration Management from Castelo Branco University and Masters in Military Sciences from the Army Command in 1993. Held several courses and internships on Management, Quality , Projects and Process Improvement. He has experience in the areas of Administration, Public Administration, Education, Logistics, Public Security and Management, with an emphasis on Organizational Strategic Planning and Teaching-Learning Process. As Senior Officer, he was assistant to the Learning Measures Subsection of the Teaching Division of AMAN, from 1999 to 2002. participated in the implementation of Managerial Excellence in that Military Organization (PEG/EB). In Belo Horizonte, at the Command of the 4th RM, he headed the Inactive and Pensioners Section (SIP / 4), the Personnel Support Division and HQ II. He moved away from BH to complete the CGAEM Face-to-face Phase, at the Army Command and General Staff School. He was once again classified for AMAN, in 2008, where he held the position of Professor of the Chair of Management Sciences for 4th year cadets at that educational institution. In the rank of Colonel, in the 2009-2010 biennium, he headed the 19th Circumscription of Military Service, now deactivated, being responsible for the management and control, within the scope of the State of Sergipe, of the Bodies of the Military Service, for medical and dental care to the military and their families and by the Inactive and Pensioners Section. He was a member of the faculty of the following Higher Education Institutions: Reserve Officers Preparation Center (NPOR/4th GAC), as Chief Instructor, Academia Militar das Agulhas Negras (AMAN-RJ), twice as Instructor and once as Teacher; Faculdade de Negócios de Sergipe (FANESE), as Professor of Business Logistics, Transport Management and Quality and Productivity Management; at the extinct Faculdade Atlântico, in Aracaju, as Professor of the Postgraduate and Extension Course in Public Security; and at Centro Universitário Estácio de Sá de Sergipe, from 2012 to 2019, in the Business Administration, Logistics and Accounting courses, as a Professor in Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses. The main decorations received are: Military Gold Medal (30 years of service), Peacemaker Medal (Merit), Marshal Trompowski Medal (for Military Magisterium), Title of Aracajuan Citizen and Medals of Merit from the Military Police and the Fire Department of Sergipe. From 2013 to 2016 he was Administrative-Financial Director of the Municipal Superintendence of Transport and Traffic of Aracaju (SMTT), being responsible for projects that boosted the performance of that municipal body. He is a consultant for the following companies: EMOB-Engenharia e Consultoria em Mobilidade Urbana, in the area of Security and REMÍDIA-Consultancy in Technology and Digital Media, in the area of publicity. Currently, as a Task Provider for the Right Time (PTTC), he has been a School Manager at the Assis Chateaubriand State School, in the city of Belo Horizonte, since June 2022, integrating the Civic-Military Schools Program under the responsibility of the Ministry of Education ( MEC).

Oficial R1 do Exército no posto de Coronel. Graduado pela Academia Militar das Agulhas Negras (AMAN) no ano de 1985, em Artilharia de Campanha. Especializado em Artilharia de Costa e Antiaérea em 1988 e em Gestão e Assessoramento em 2007. Pós-graduado em Gestão da Administração Pública pela Universidade Castelo Branco e Mestrado em Ciências Militares pelo Comando do Exército em 1993. Realizou diversos cursos e estágios sobre Gestão, Qualidade, Projetos e Melhoria de Processos. Tem experiência nas áreas de Administração, Administração Pública, Educação, Logística, Segurança Pública e Gestão, com ênfase em Planejamento Estratégico Organizacional e Processo de Ensino-Aprendizagem. Como Oficial Superior, foi adjunto da Subseção de Medidas da Aprendizagem da Divisão de Ensino da AMAN, de 1999 a 2002. No período de 2003 a 2005, pertenceu ao Estado-Maior da 6 Subchefia do Estado-Maior do Exército, como Adjunto, e participou da implantação da Excelência Gerencial naquela Organização Militar (PEG/EB). Em Belo Horizonte, no Cmdo da 4 RM, chefiou a Seção de Inativos e Pensionistas (SIP/4), o Escalão de Apoio ao Pessoal e o QG II. Afastou-se de BH para concluir o CGAEM Fase Presencial, na Escola de Comando e Estado-Maior do Exército. Foi classificado mais uma vez para a AMAN, em 2008, onde exerceu a função de Professor da Cadeira de Ciências Gerenciais para cadetes do 4 ano daquele estabelecimento de Ensino. No posto de Coronel, no biênio 2009-2010, chefiou a 19 Circunscrição de Serviço Militar, hoje desativada, sendo o responsável pela gestão e controle, no âmbito do Estado de Sergipe, dos Órgãos do Serviço Militar, pelo atendimento médico-odontológico aos militares e suas familias e pela Seção de Inativos e Pensionistas. Integrou o Corpo Docente dos seguintes Estabelecimentos de Ensino Superior: Núcleo de Preparação de Oficiais da Reserva (NPOR/4 GAC), na condição de Instrutor-Chefe, Academia Militar das Agulhas Negras (AMAN-RJ), duas vezes como Instrutor e uma como Professor; Faculdade de Negócios de Sergipe (FANESE), como Professor de Logística Empresarial, Gerenciamento de Transportes e Gestão da Qualidade e da Produtividade; da extinta Faculdade Atlântico, em Aracaju, como Professor do Curso de Pós-graduação e de Extensão em Segurança Pública; e do Centro Universitário Estácio de Sá de Sergipe, de 2012 a 2019, nos cursos de Administração, Logística e Ciências Contábeis, como Docente na Graduação e na Pós-graduação. As principais condecorações recebidas são: Medalha Militar de Ouro (30 anos de serviço), Medalha do Pacificador (Mérito), Medalha Marechal Trompowski (pelo Magistério Militar), Título de Cidadão Aracajuano e Medalhas do Mérito da Polícia Militar e do Corpo de Bombeiros de Sergipe. No período de 2013 a 2016 foi Diretor Administrativo-Financeiro da Superintendência Municipal de Transportes e Trânsito de Aracaju (SMTT), sendo responsável por projetos que dinamizaram a atuação daquele órgão municipal. É consultor das seguintes empresas: EMOB - Engenharia e Consultoria em Mobilidade Urbana, na área de Segurança e REMÍDIA - Consultoria em Tecnologia e Mídia Digital, na área de divulgação publicitária. Atualmente, como Prestador de Tarefa por Tempo Certo (PTTC) exerce a função de Gestor Escolar na Escola Estadual Assis Chateaubriand, na cidade de Belo Horizonte, desde junho de 2022, integrando o Programa de Escolas Cívico-Militares a cargo do Ministério de Educação (MEC).
