Doutor em Direito Ambiental e Sustentabilidade com menção internacional pela Universidade de Alicante (Espanha), realizou estágio doutoral na Universidade de Amsterdam (2017), possui graduação em direito pela Universidade Federal do Pará (2005), mestrado em Direitos Humanos e Meio Ambiente pelo PPGD-UFPA (2013), é advogado militante com mais de dez anos de experiencia, possui trabalhos sobre a temática de Direitos Humanos e Meio Ambiente publicados e aceitos para publicação no Brasil, Espanha, México e Portugal, tem grande conhecimento sobre a Convenção de Aarhus, participação cidadã, acesso à informação e acesso à justiça em decisões de caráter meio ambiental, atuou como assessor jurídico e procurador municipal, atuou como consultor de câmaras legislativas e sindicatos de servidores públicos, foi coordenador jurídico da Secretaria de Indústria, Comércio e Mineração (SEICOM), no Estado do Pará (2012), fala português (nativo), espanhol (fluente), inglês (fluente) e italiano (básico), foi professor de Direito Ambiental, Direito Penal, Direito do Consumidor e Direito dos Povos e Patrimönio Cultural da Faculdade de Castanhal - FCAT.
