Luiz Sávio Aguiar Lima

Graduated in Law from the University of Fortaleza ( 2004) , Graduate in Law and Tax Management from the Faculty Farias Brito (2009 ) and a Masters in Constitutional Law from Universidade de Fortaleza - UNIFOR . He is currently co-owner - Costa Aguiar Advogados Associados , State Councillor and Chairman of the Study and Protection of Competition of the Order of Lawyers of Brazil - Ceará Section and Professor at Metropolitan College of Greater Fortaleza - FAMETRO . Prosecutor's Sports Football Court in the State of Ceará. He is also a professor of Graduate . Has experience in the area of #8203;#8203;law , with emphasis in Civil, Commercial / Business Law , Consumer Law , Tax Law and Competition Law .

Possui graduação em Direito, Pós-Graduação em Direito e Gestão Tributária e Mestrado em Direito Constitucional com ênfase em Direito do Consumidor. Atualmente é sócio-proprietário do Escritório Costa Aguiar Advogados Associados, Ex-Presidente da Caixa de Assistência dos Advogados do Ceará - Gestão 2019-2021, Ex-Membro da Comissão Especial de Defesa do Consumidor da Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil, Ex-Presidente da Comissão De Defesa do Consumidor e da Comissão de Estudo e Defesa da Concorrência da OAB/CE, além de Professor do Centro Universitário Christus - Unichristus, atuando também como professor de Pós-Graduação na Escola de Direito da UNIFOR. Auditor do Tribunal de Justiça Desportiva do Futebol no Estado do Ceará. Tem experiência na área de Direito, com ênfase em Direito Civil, Direito Comercial/Empresarial, Direito do Consumidor, Direito Concorrencial, Direito do Trabalho e Direito Tributário.
