Renata Vargas do Amaral

Doutora em Direito, área de Comércio Internacional pela Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (UFSC) e pela Universidade de Maastricht, Holanda. Possui extenso e comprovado histórico de envolvimento bem-sucedido na OMC, negociações comerciais bilaterais e acesso a mercados de políticas comerciais domésticas. Atualmente, é Professora Adjunta e Diretora do Curso US and International Trade Law and Policy da Faculdade de Direito da American University, em Washington DC. Fundadora da Women Inside Trade Association e Vice Presidente do ABCI Institute.

PhD in Law, area of International Trade at the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC) and the University of Maastricht, Netherlands. Currently maintains research link with the Institute for Globalization and International Regulation of Maastricht University and is Supervisor for International Trade at BarralMJorge Consultants. Graduated in Law from UFSC; expertise in dispute settlement and investment in international trade from the University of Buenos Aires and the title of "Master of Law" Law of International Business from the Complutense University of Madrid.
