Advogada e Mestre em Direitos Humanos pela Universidade de Estrasburgo/França. Coordenadora Nacional do Comitê Latino Americano de Defesa dos Direitos da Mulher (CLADEM/ Brasil) e Coordenadora Geral da Rede de Atendimento da Mulher vítima de violência na Secretaria de Política para as Mulheres (SPM) do Governo Federal. Atuou na República Democrática do Congo com a ONG Internacional Médicos sem Fronteiras e como Advogada do Centro de Referência para Refugiados da Caritas Arquidiocesana de São Paulo, no Instituto Terra, Trabalho e Cidadania (ITTC) e na Secretaria de Assuntos Legislativos do Ministério da Justiça. Tem experiência na área de Direito, com ênfase em Direitos Humanos (Direitos das Mulheres e Deslocamento de Pessoas), Direito Constitucional, Direito Penal, Direito Internacional Público e Direito Humanitário

Served in the Democratic Republic of Congo with the International NGO Doctors Without Borders and as Lawyer in the Center for Refugees in Caritas São Paulo. Woorked as a laywer in ITTC Institute and as a Parlamentary Adviser in the Ministry of Justice. Has experience in law, with an emphasis on Human Rights (Women Rights and Refugee), Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Public International Law and Humanitarian Law
