Marcus Tadeu Daniel Ribeiro

He holds a Full Degree in Art Education with a degree in Art History from the Faculty of Education of the State University of Rio de Janeiro-UERJ, current Institute of Art (1982), master's degree in History of Brazil from the Institute of Philosophy and Social Sciences of the Federal University from Rio de Janeiro-IFCS / UFRJ (1988) and doctorate in Social History from the Institute of Philosophy and Social Sciences at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro-IFCS / UFRJ (1998). Also graduated in Civil Engineering (EE / UGF-1980) and Degree in Philosophy and Sociology (Faculdade de São Bento-2012), he served as a cultural heritage conservator (Researcher IV) at the National Historical and Artistic Heritage Institute - IPHAN (1980 -09 May 2012), where he is still a professor of the Institutional Master (PEP / IPHAN), having headed the Legal Protection Division of the Department of Protection and Conservation. He is currently a professor of "History of Art", "Norms for Cultural Heritage" and "Scientific Methodology" at the Department of Art and Preservation of the School of Fine Arts at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. He is also professor of History of Sacred Art I and II of the Post-Graduation Course lato sensu in History of Sacred Art at the Faculty of São Bento. He also teaches the History of Sacred Art I and II at the Faculdade Arquidiocesana de Mariana (post-graduation taught during the holiday months). Coordinator of the Center for Artistic and Cultural Training at Colégio de São Bento, where he also teaches History of Art and Classical Culture. He taught Philosophy and Sociology at the State School Evandro João da Silva and at the State School Angenor de Oliveira, Cartola, schools of DIESP (Special Directorate of Prison and Socio-educational School Units) of the State Secretariat of Education of Rio de Janeiro / RJ (Oct. 2014- Oct. 2018). He was a volunteer professor of Philosophy in the evening course of Community Pre-university entrance exams of the Parish of São Januário (2015-2019).

Possui Licenciatura Plena em Educação Artística com habilitação em História da Arte pela Faculdade de Educação da Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro-UERJ, atual Instituto de Arte (1982), mestrado em História do Brasil pelo Instituto de Filosofia e Ciências Sociais da Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro-IFCS/UFRJ (1988) e doutorado em História Social pelo Instituto de Filosofia e Ciências Sociais da Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro-IFCS/UFRJ (1998). Formado também em Engenharia Civil (EE/UGF-1980) e Licenciado em Filosofia (Faculdade de São Bento-2012), atuou como conservador do patrimônio cultural (Pesquisador IV) no Instituto do Patrimônio Histórico e Artístico Nacional - IPHAN (1980-09 maio 2012), onde ainda é professor do Mestrado Institucional (PEP/IPHAN), tendo chefiado a Divisão de Proteção Legal do Departamento de Proteção e Conservação. Atualmente, é professor de Arte no Brasil e preservação I, de Normativas do Patrimônio Cultural, Ética e Estética da Restauração e de Arte Sacra I e Arte Sacra II do Departamento de Artes e Preservação da Escola de Belas-Artes da Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro. Foi fundador do Curso de Pós-graduação lato sensu em História da Arte Sacra da Faculdade de São Bento, onde lecionou História da Arte Sacra I e História da Arte Sacra II. Exerce ainda o magistério de História da Arte Sacra I e II da Faculdade Arquidiocesana de Mariana (pós-graduação ministrada nos meses de férias). Foi Coordenador do Núcleo de Formação Artística e Cultural no Colégio de São Bento, onde também lecionou História da Arte e Cultura Clássica. Ensinou Filosofia e Sociologia no Colégio Estadual Evandro João da Silva e no Colégio Estadual Angenor de Oliveira, Cartola, escolas da DIESP (Diretoria Especial de Unidades Escolares Prisionais e Socioeducativas) da Secretaria Estadual de Educação do Rio de Janeiro/RJ (out. 2014-out. 2018). Foi professor voluntário de Filosofia do curso noturno de Pré-vestibular Comunitário da Paróquia de São Januário (2015-2019). Atualmente, é estudante de Teologia na Faculdade de São Bento do Rio de Janeiro. (2020-2025)
