Também já foi pesquisadora visitante no Asia-Pacific Centre for Environmental Law da National University of Singapore, no Departamento de Direito e de Ciências da Computação da University College London, Inglaterra e no Whitney and Betty MacMillan Center for International and Area Studies da Universidade de Yale, EUA. Foi duas vezes bolsista da Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior (doutorado e sanduíche). A former researcher at the Asia-Pacific Center for Environmental Law at the National University of Singapore, at the Department of Law and Computer Science at University College London, England, and at the Whitney and Betty MacMillan Center for International and Area Studies at Yale University, USA. She was twice a fellow at the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (doctorate and sandwich). Research interests: sustainable agriculture, voluntary sustainability standards, biodiversity, renewable energy, use of technology for socio-environmental governance, responsible finance, and the sustainable circular bio-economy.
