Specialist in Public Ministry, Law and Citizenship from the Escola Superior Foundation of the Public Ministry of Rio Grande do Norte (2007). Specialist in Criminal Law and Criminology from Universidade Potiguar (2007). Bachelor of Laws from Universidade Potiguar (2004). He was a professor at the Faculty of Culture and Extension Sciences of Rio Grande do Norte - FACEX, for a period of 5 years, having taught the chairs of Criminal Law - I, Criminal Law II, Criminal Law III, Criminal Law IV, Criminal Procedural Law - I and Criminal Procedural Law - II, Constitutional Procedural Law, Tax Law, Business Law, Administrative Law, Social Security Law. He taught in the "lato sensu" postgraduate courses in MBA in Public Management, MBA in Financial Management, MBA in Auditing and Accounting Expertise, in Project Preparation and Management and in Social and Legal Assistance and Public Security. He has taught classes at Estácio de Sá College and at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte-UFRN. Currently, he is a professor of Law at the Federal Institute of Rio Grande do Norte - IFRN. He is the author of the books: Course of Criminal Law-General Theory of Crime (1st ed., Curitiba: Juruá, 2016. V.I); Criminal Law Course - General Theory of Penalty (1st ed., Curitiba: Juruá, 2017.
