Vivian Izabel Vieira

Bacharel em zootecnia pela Universidade Estadual de Maringá (2009-2013). Foi bolsista PIBIC e PIBITI/CNPq/Fundação Araucária entre os anos de 2010 e 2013. Possui mestrado em zootecnia pela Universidade Federal do Paraná (2014-2016), com pesquisa na área de nutrição e produção de frangos de corte. Durante o mestrado participou de diversos projetos de pesquisa na área de nutrição e avaliação de ingredientes para frangos de corte. Defendeu a dissertação com foco em qualidade de carne de frangos alimentados com diferentes níveis de vitamina E sob orientação da Prof. Dra. Simone G. de Oliveira (UFPR) e atualmente é doutoranda em zootecnia na área de produçao e nutrição de animais não-ruminantes (PPGZ/UFPR).

Earned the bachelor in Animal Science at Maringá State University (2009-2013). She was a PIBIC and PIBITI/CNPq/Araucária Foundation fellow between 2010 and 2013. She holds a masters degree in livestock farming from the Federal University of Paraná (2014-2016), with research in the area of nutrition and production of broiler chickens. During her masters degree, she participated in several research projects in focused on nutrition and the evaluation of ingredients for broiler chickens. She defended the dissertation focusing on the quality of chicken meat fed with different levels of vitamin E under the guidance of Prof. Dr.. Simone G. de Oliveira (UFPR) and is currently a PhD candidate in Animal Science focused on production and nutrition of non-ruminant animals, specifically in poultry nutrition.
