YHÊLDA MARIA DE OLIVEIRA SILVA

Zootechnician graduated from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (2017), Master in Animal Production - UFRN (2020), with emphasis on the Technology and Quality Assessment of Animal Products, currently Doctoral Student of the Postgraduate Program in Development and Environment, in the Technologies for Sustainable Development research line. Member of the Milk Quality Laboratory (LABOLEITE/UFRN). Acting on the following topics: Cattle, sheep and goats and dairy buffaloes; production and quality of milk and its derivatives and innovation and technology in the milk production chain.

Zootecnista formada pela Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte (2017), mestre em Produção Animal - UFRN (2020), com ênfase linha de Tecnologia e Avaliação da Qualidade de Produtos de Origem Animal. Atuando nos seguintes temas: Bovinocultura e ovinocaprinocultura leiteira; produção e qualidade do leite e seus derivados e inovação e tecnologia na cadeia produtiva do leite.
