Aline Passos Maia

Graduated in Law from the University of Fortaleza (2004), Master from the University of Salamanca (2010) and Doctor in Labor Law from the University of Salamanca (2014). Lawyer, with emphasis on Labor Law, working mainly on the following topics: child labor protection, citizen training, corporate labor solidarity, social function, property, voluntary jurisdiction and Collective Law, and Neurolaw. Professor at the University of Fortaleza - UNIFOR, currently teaching in the subjects of Labor Law I and Labor Law II. She is Supervisor in the Supervision of Monitoring and Accompanying Learning at the Center for Legal Sciences at the University of Fortaleza.

Possui graduação em Direito pela Universidade de Fortaleza (2004), Mestrado pela Universidad de Salamanca (2010) e é Doutora em Direito do Trabalho pela Universidad de Salamanca (2014). Advogada, com ênfase em Direito do Trabalho, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: proteção trabalho infantil, formação do cidadão, solidariedade empresarial trabalhista, função social, propriedade, jurisdição voluntária e Direito Coletivo, e Neurolaw. Professora da Universidade de Fortaleza- UNIFOR, atualmente lecionando nas cadeiras de Direito do Trabalho I e Direito do Trabalho II. É Supervisora na Supervisão de Monitoria e Acompanhamento de Aprendizagem do Centro de Ciências Jurídicas da Universidade de Fortaleza.
