Thais Cristina Gadotti

Holds a law degree from University Paranaense (2008) and a Master's degree in European and International Law from Vrije Universiteit Brussel, from Brussels, Belgium (2016). Thais is a lawyer in the area of Intellectual Property. Thais completed courses in the areas of Intellectual Property, Corporate Law and Arbitration and Mediation. She worked as a visiting professor of postgraduate law course at the University Paranaense. She has considerable experience in the area of Law, in public and private organizations. Thais worked as assessor of judge's cabinet for 4 years, for the Court of Justice of Paraná, and held a professional internship at the International Arbitration Association in Brussels, Belgium. Thais wrote articles published in the areas of Intellectual Property and Arbitration.

Thais possui graduação em Direito pela Universidade Paranaense (2008) e mestrado em Direito Europeu e Internacional pela Vrije Universiteit Brussel, de Bruxelas, Bélgica (2016). Atua como advogada na área de Propriedade Intelectual. Possui cursos na área de Propriedade Intelectual, Direito Societário e Arbitragem e Mediação. Atuou como professora visitante de curso de pós graduação de direito da Universidade Paranaense. Tem experiência na área de Direito, em órgãos públicos e privados. Atuou como assessora de gabinete de juiz por 4 anos para o Tribunal de Justiça do Paraná e realizou estágio profissional na Associação de Arbitragem Internacional, de Bruxelas, Bélgica. Conta com artigos publicados nas áreas de Propriedade Intelectual e Arbitragem.
