Daniella de Souza Bezerra

Daniella de Souza Bezerra has Teaching degree in English/Portuguese from State University of Goias (2004), a postgraduate diploma in Language and Literature Teaching of Portuguese, a master's degree in Applied Linguistics (with concentrantion on English as a Foreign Language Pedagogy) from University of Brasília (2007) and nowdays is doing doctarate in Education at University of São Paulo, where she researches about the teaching of English in technical integrated courses of the Goias Federal Institute of Technology, Science and Education (IFG). She worked for seven years not only in some public and private schools, teaching English to elementary and high school students, but also in English courses, teaching basic, intermediate and advanced English to all ages students. At this moment she works at IFG, campus Jataí, where she teaches English for Specific Purposes to technical and undergraduate courses as Electronics; Information Systems, Electric engineering and Land-surveying.

Possui graduação em Licenciatura em Letras-Português/Inglês (2004) e especialização em Docência no Ensino de Língua e Literatura (2006) pela Universidade Estadual de Goiás (UEG), mestrado em Lingüística Aplicada pela Universidade de Brasília (UNB/2007), doutorado (2012) e pós-doutorado (2015) em Educação pela Universidade de São Paulo na linha de pesquisa em Linguagem e Educação. É, desde 2008, professora do Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia de Goiás (IFG), atuando em cursos de ensino médio integrado ao técnico nas modalidades regular e EJA; em cursos de graduação e pós-graduação lato e stricto sensu.
