Faria gratuated in Environmental Engineering by the University Tiradentes (2012). In 2014, she completed the Master in Chemical Engineering by the University of São Paulo (EEL/USP). Started a PhD in Chemical Engineering by University of Aveiro in 2014, with a scholarship from federal government of Brazil (Science Without Borders, Cnpq). Recently Faria is developing her thesis entitled: Extraction value-added compounds from the bark of Eucalyptus Globulus using ionic liquids, in Path - Process and Product Applied Thermodynamics. She was experience in the chemical and environmental engineering, with emphasis on biochemical processes, acting on the themes: separation and recovery of biocompounds of industrial interest, enzyme technology, sol-gel immobilization, ionic liquids in biotechnological processes and biodiesel synthesis.
