Paula Monseff Perissinotto

Specializes in new media, contemporary art and digital culture. Graduated in fine arts at FAAP, with a master's degree in visual poetics from ECA (School of Communications and Arts at USP São Paulo University). With a specialization in Curatorship and Cultural Practices in Art and New Media at MECAD / ESDI in (Barcelona / ES). Since 2000, Paula Perissinotto is Co-organize and Co- founded FILE, Electronic Language International Festival, a non-profit cultural organization that promotes and encourages aesthetic and cultural productions related to new poetics of contemporary culture. At the festival, she is responsible for the selection of works, international relations and also calls for the management of projects carried out in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Belo Horizonte, Curitiba and Porto Alegre. She taught art and technology at FASM, in the fine arts course, and Art, Theory and Criticism, Aesthetics and History of Modern Art in the Design courses at IED-São Paulo. She implemented and coordinated the Digital Design undergraduate course at European Design Institute, in São Paulo, Brazil. In 2020 she joined as a PHD student at the University of São Paulo, School of Communications and Arts | ECA, in Visual Poetics, as well became member of the Realities Research Group licensed by CNPq, led by Professor Dr. Silvia Laurentiz, who in turn is formally linked to the School of Communications and Arts and the Department of Visual Arts at ECA/USP.

É especializada em novas mídias , arte contemporânea e cultura digital. Formada em artes plásticas na FAAP, com mestrado em poéticas visuais pela ECA (Escola de Comunicações e Artes da USP Universidade de São Paulo). Especialização em Curadoria e Praticas Culturais em Arte e Novas Mídias pelo MECAD / ESDI em (Barcelona / ES). Desde 2000, Paula Perissinotto é Co, - organizadora e Co do FILE, Festival Internacional de Linguagem Eletrônica, uma organização cultural sem fins lucrativos que promove e incentiva as produções estéticas e culturais relacionadas às novas poéticas da cultura contemporânea. No festival é responsável pela seleção de trabalhos, relações internacionais e também apela gestão de projetos realizados em São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Belo Horizonte, Curitiba e Porto Alegre. Ministrou aulas de arte e tecnologia na FASM, no curso de artes plásticas e, de Teoria e Critica de Arte, Estética e Historia da Arte Moderna nos cursos de Design do IED-São Paulo. Implementou e coordenou o curso de graduação de Design Digital no IED-SP Instituto Europeu de Design, em São Paulo, Brasil. Em 2020 ingressou como doutoranda na Universidade de São Paulo, Escola de Comunicações e Artes | ECA, em Poéticas Visuais. Membro do Grupo de Pesquisa Realidades licenciado pelo CNPq, liderado pela Profa. Dra Silvia Laurentiz, que por sua vez, vincula-se formalmente a Escola de Comunicações e Artes e ao Departamento de Artes Visuais, ECA/USP.
