Ligia Fabris Campos

is a professor at the Rio de Janeiro School of Law of the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV Direito Rio) and a doctoral candidate in Law at the Humboldt University of Berlin (Germany), with a full doctoral scholarship from the DAAD. She holds a master's degree in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (2006), with a scholarship from CNPq, and an undergraduate degree in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (2004). In 2018, she founded the Diversity and Inclusion Program at FGV Direito Rio, which she coordinated until 2023. She was a fellow of the interdisciplinary research group "Global Contestations of Women's and Gender Rights" at the ZiF, University of Bielefeld, Germany. She is currently a member of the research group "Varieties of constitutionalism: Contestations of liberalism in comparative constitutional law" at the Humboldt University Berlin and USP and has been a researcher at the National Observatory of Women in Politics of the Brazilian House of Representatives since 2021. She has experience in Law and Gender, with a focus on Gender Equality, Trans* Rights, Women's Political Representation and Political Gender Violence, working with Fundamental Rights, Personality Rights and Human Rights.E-mail: ligia.fabris@fgv.br

Possui mestrado em Direito pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (2006), realizado com bolsa do CNPq, e graduação em Direito pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (2004). Em 2018, fundou o Programa de Diversidade e Inclusão da FGV Direito Rio, que coordenou até 2023. Foi fellow do grupo de pesquisa interdisciplinar "Global Contestations of Women's and Gender Rights" do ZiF, Universidade de Bielefeld, Alemanha. Atualmente, é membro do grupo de pesquisa "Varieties of constitutionalism: Contestations of liberalism in comparative constitutional law", da Universidade Humboldt de Berlin e da USP e é pesquisadora do Observatório Nacional da Mulher na Política da Câmara dos Deputados desde 2021.
