Ana Paula Ferreira de Brito

Daughter of Dona Vanda, mother of Ana Clara (12/02/2019), from Paraíba. PhD in Social History from PUC/SP. Master in Social Memory and Cultural Heritage from UFPel, graduated in History from UFPB, with interrupted graduation in Law from UNIPE. Master's student in Museology at UFRGS (expected completion in Dec/2022). He worked at the João Pessoa Heritage House, on the board of the Memory Preservation Center, in the coordination of historical and museological research for the implementation of the future Memorial of the Fight for Justice, in the Memorial of Resistance of São Paulo, in the Memorial of Democracy of Paraíba , at the Memorial das Ligas e Lutas Camponesas, among other museum and historical research institutions. She is interested in teaching History of Latin America and Caribbean, as well as in the areas of cultural heritage, cultural tourism, social museology and present-day history. Mestre em Memória Social e Patrimônio Cultural pela UFPel, graduada em História pela UFPB, com graduação interrompida em Direito pelo UNIPE. Mestra em Museologia pela UFRGS. Atuou na Casa do Patrimônio de João Pessoa, na diretoria do Núcleo de Preservação da Memória, na coordenação da pesquisa histórica e museológica para a implantação do futuro Memorial da Luta pela Justiça, no Memorial da Resistência de São Paulo, no Memorial da Democracia da Paraíba, no Memorial das Ligas e Lutas Camponesas entre outras instituições museológicas e de pesquisa histórica. Tem interesse em Ensino de História e de Museologia, América Latina e Caribe, bem como nas áreas do patrimônio cultural, museologia social, gestão de museus, turismo, história do tempo presente.
