Francisco de Assis Araújo Barros

Full Degree Graduate in Chemistry from the State University of Piauí - UESPI (2004). A specialization in Teaching Methodology of Biology and Chemistry from the International School of Curitiba - FACINTER (2010), entitled "The Continuing Education and the influences on teaching practice of chemistry teachers in the city of Teresina: reflections on the behavior and student learning ". He was a professor in the Special Regime of the State University of Piauí (UESP) in the disciplines: Physical Chemistry I, Physical Chemistry II, Fundamentals of Biochemistry, Chemistry Teaching Methodology, Teaching Practice I and Teaching Practice I - Stage. He teaches at State Schools in the State of the State of Piaui and Maranhao, acting in the Basic Education Level (High School). He is currently a graduate student, Universidade Federal do Ceará - UFC. Acting in the Area of ​​Analytical Chemistry and Physical Chemistry. Research lines: Adsorption, Heterogeneous Catalysis, Nanostructured Composites, Carbon Nanotubes, Carbon Spheres, Nanostructured Oxides, Dehydration of Glycerol.

Graduação em Licenciatura Plena em Química pela Universidade Estadual do Piauí - UESPI (2004). Especialização em Metodologia do Ensino de Biologia e Química pela Faculdade Internacional de Curitiba - FACINTER (2010). Mestrado em Química (Físico-Química) pelo Departamento de Química Analítica e Físico-química da Universidade Federal do Ceará, Campus Pici - Fortaleza - UFC (2013). Doutorado em Química em andamento pela Universidade Federal do Piauí UFPI (2020 - atual). Atuou como professor substituto da Universidade Estadual do Piauí - UESPI (Campus de Curimatá) no Curso de Graduação em Química e como professor na Rede Estadual de Ensino do Estado Piauí e na Rede Estadual de Ensino do Maranhão no Nível de Educação Básica (Ensino Médio). Atualmente é professor do Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Piauí - IFPI.
