Mark Anderson Caldeira

Professor, researcher and coordinator of Incentive Project Management at Univali where he coordinated the Ethics Committee in Research with Human Beings for 6 (six) years and the Technical Chamber for Ethical Analysis of Research Projects involving COVID-19 from 2020 to 2021. Has a Project Management for Development (PMD) certification, by APMG International - Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) certification, by SCRUMstudy - Judicial Mediator certification by the Santa Catarina Court of Justice. Has training and experience in Public Administration issues, especially in the areas of Governance, Transparency, Budget and Public Policies. Acts as an evaluator of the SC Excellence Award, whose attribution is to evaluate companies that adopt the Management Excellence Model. Was a member of the National Board of Directors of an entity of national scope focused on the Education of children and young people, in which also served as State Director of Projects. Was a member of the Municipal Council of Sports and Leisure of the municipality of Itajaí. Developed and managed projects in the areas of Sports, Youth and Adult Education, Environmental Education and Volunteering.

É professor, pesquisador e coordenador da Gestão de Projetos Incentivados na Univali onde coordenou o Comitê de Ética em Pesquisa com Seres Humanos por 6 (seis) anos e a Câmara Técnica para Análise Ética dos Projetos de Pesquisa envolvendo o COVID-19 de 2020 a 2021. Possui certificação de Project Management for Development (PMD), pela APMG International - certificação de Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC), pela SCRUMstudy - certificação de Mediador Judicial pelo Tribunal de Justiça de Santa Catarina. Possui formação e atuação em temas da Administração Pública, sobretudo, nas áreas da Governança, Transparência, Orçamento e Políticas Públicas. Atua como avaliador do Prêmio Excelência SC, cuja atribuição é avaliar empresas que adotam o Modelo de Excelência em Gestão. Foi membro titular do Conselho de Administração Nacional de entidade de âmbito nacional voltada para a Educação de crianças e jovens, na qual atuou também como Diretor Estadual de Projetos. Foi membro titular do Conselho Municipal de Esportes e Lazer do município de Itajaí. Desenvolveu e gerenciou projetos nas áreas do Esporte, da Educação de jovens e adultos, Educação Ambiental e Voluntariado.
