Eric Fujiwara

Eric Fujiwara received the B.S. degree in control and automation engineering in 2008, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in mechanical engineering in 2009 and 2012, respectively, from University of Campinas (UNICAMP), Campinas, Brazil. Since 2014, he has been an Assistant Professor with the School of Mechanical Engineering, UNICAMP, since 2014. He is author of more than 90 journal and conference papers. His research interest includes the optical fiber sensors, fiber specklegram phenomenon, optical materials, mechatronics, and human-robot interaction. Prof. Fujiwara is member of IEEE, Optica, and Brazilian Photonics Society (SBFoton).

Graduado em Engenharia de Controle e Automação. Possui mestrado e doutorado em Engenharia Mecânica. Atua principalmente nos seguintes temas: sensores de fibra óptica, interfaces homem-sistema, instrumentação e medidas, e materiais e dispositivos fotônicos. Membro da IEEE e Optica. Sócio fundador da Sociedade Brasileira de Fotônica (SBFoton).
