Doutor em Direito pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (2012), tendo desenvolvendo a pesquisa da tese de doutorado na Itália, na Universidade degli Estudio de Lecce, Faculdade de Direito orientado pelo Prof. Dr. Willis Santiago Guerra e co-orientado por Raffaele De Giorgi, desenvolvendo pesquisa sobre Teoria da Sociedade pela ótica da Teoria dos Sistemas, Teoria do Risco. Possui a Graduação (2003) e Mestrado (2008) em Direito pela mesma Instituição de Ensino. Possui vínculo institucional como professor com a Uninove. Advogado com experiência na área de Direito Público, atuando como Secretário de Negócios Jurídicos da Câmara Municipal de Limeira e trabalhou na CET e na Secretaria Municipal de Transportes de São Paulo, atuando também em Direito Civil, Penal e Direito Tributário, já tendo lecionado Direito Civil, Processual Civil, Planejamento Tributário, Crimes Tributários, Direito Penal em diversas universidades, passando por UNIP, Anhanguera Educacional, Isca Facudaldes dentre outras, com especialização em Licitações e Contratos, Direito Criminal, atuando no 1º Tribunal do Júri do Fórum da Barra Funda em São Paulo.
