Fernanda Yumi Ushikubo

Fernanda Yumi Ushikubo is graduated in the School of Food Engineering at the University of Campinas (2002) and obtained her master's degree at the Food Engineering Department of the University of Campinas (2006), in the membrane technology field. She has completed her doctoral course at the Graduate School of Agricultural and Life Science of the University of Tokyo, Japan, in the field of micro- and nano-bubbles (2010). At present, she is working on a post-doc research about emulsification by microchannels at the Food Engineering Department of the University of Campinas.

Possui Graduação em Engenharia de Alimentos pela Universidade Estadual de Campinas (2002), mestrado em Engenharia de Alimentos pela Universidade Estadual de Campinas (2006), na área de tecnologia de membranas, doutorado na Faculdade de Agricultura da Universidade de Tóquio, Japão (2010), na área de pesquisa sobre micro- e nano-bolhas. Atualmente desenvolve um projeto de pós-doutorado na área de emulsificação por microcanais na Universidade Estadual de Campinas.
