Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Federal University of Juiz de Fora, Juiz de Fora-MG Brazil (2018). Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio), Rio de Janeiro-RJ Brazil (2020). Currently, he works as an RD engineer at the Laboratorio de Sensores a Fibra Optica (LSFO) at the Mechanical Engineer Department in PUC-Rio. His main interests are Structural Health Monitoring (SHM), Computational Intelligence, Machine Learning, Ultrasonic waves, and Signal Processing.
Mateus Gheorghe de Castro Ribeiro received his bachelor's degree at the Federal University of Juiz de Fora (UFJF), in 2018, and his master's degree at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio), in 2020, both in mechanical engineering. He worked on various topics at the intersection of engineering applications and artificial intelligence (AI), including fuzzy logic systems,ultrasonic waves, signal processing, and Structural Health Monitoring. In 2022, Mateus was awarded the Fulbright/CAPESScholarship to pursue his Ph.D. in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Stanford University. His research focus is AI applied to sustainable energy systems, specifically in solutions combining renewables, storage, and electric vehicle charging
