Patrícia Pires Badke

Master in Law of International Relations from the University Center of Brasilia - UniCEUB (2011) with focus on Human Rights Protection, having an institutional scholarship and being an active member of the group on Hermeneutics and Law researches. Currently works at the Forensic Department of the Regional Delegation for Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Paraguay and Uruguay of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), having the knowledge obtained as being Government Affairs Analyst, Associate from Qualcomm, a global company provider of wireless technology and services, as well as the Advisor of the Ambassador at the Embassy of the Sultanate of Oman in Brazil and the Economic Assistant of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Brazil.

Mestre em Direito das Relações Internacionais pelo Centro Universitário de Brasília - UniCEUB (2011), com ênfase na linha de pesquisa Proteção Internacional da Pessoa Humana, onde recebeu bolsa institucional e foi pesquisadora do Grupo de Pesquisa de Hermenêutica e Direito. Atualmente, trabalha no Departamento Forense da Delegação Regional para Argentina, Brasil, Chile, Paraguai e Uruguai do Comitê Internacional da Cruz Vermelha (CICV), utilizando sua experiência adquirida anteriormente como Analista de Relações Governamentais na QUALCOMM Incorporated, líder mundial em tecnologias móveis, além de ter sido Assessora do Chefe da Missão da Embaixada do Sultanato de Omã no Brasil e Assistente Econômica do Escritório Econômico e Cultural de Taipei no Brasil.
