Stênio Castiel Gualberto

Master in Legal Sciences from the University of Vale do Itajaí - UNIVALI, Specialist in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedural Law from the Lutheran University of Brazil (ULBRA). Bachelor of Laws from the Faculty of Rondônia (FARO). He was a research fellow at the Foundation for Support to the Development of Scientific and Technological Actions and Research (FAPERO). He acts as Coordinator and Professor of the Law Course at the Catholic University of Rondônia (FCR), teaching the subjects of Criminal Law, Criminal Procedural Law and Criminology. The predominant areas of research are related to post-democracy and cyber crimes, democracy and criminal proceedings.

Possui graduação em Direito pela Faculdade de Rondônia (1999) e mestrado em Ciência Jurídica pela Universidade do Vale do Itajaí (2020). Atualmente é advogado - Escritório de Advocacia e professor da Faculdade Católica de Rondônia. Tem experiência na área de Direito, com ênfase em Direito Penal, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: transnacionalidade, sociedade de consumo, sociedade da exposição, sustentabilidade e direito processual penal.
