Ana Lucia Figueiredo Pinto

I obtained a PhD degree and a Masters in information technology in education from the University of Sydney, Australia. My PhD research drew on diverse sources: not only education theories but also architecture, physics and cosmology, as well as thinking emanating from leading theorists in anthropology, sociology, and archaeology. The framework resulting from my work, pedagogy of wholeness, offers an original holistic perspective to inform design for learning. My professional experience has included literacy teaching, and designing, developing and delivering training for teachers.
