Marco Antonio Pereira Querol

He holds a doctorate in Adult Education / Production Engineering (Knowledge Management area) from the University of Helsinki, Finland (revalidated in Production Engineering by UFRJ); Master in Agroecological Knowledge Management and Social Change from the University of Wageningen, Holland (2004) and graduated in Agronomic Engineering from the University of São Paulo (ESALQ-USP). Currently he is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Agronomic Engineering at the Federal University of Sergipe (UFS ), where he teaches the disciplines: Rural Sociology, Rural Extension and Social Movements. Professor accredited in the Postgraduate Program in Public Health at FSP - USP. He has research interest in the areas of Innovation, Sustainability, Organizational Learning, Activity Theory (Cultural-Historical Activity Theory) and Interventionist Methodologies with an emphasis on the Change Laboratory.

Possui doutorado em Engenharia de Produção pela Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro - UFRJ na área de Gestão e Inovação (título original Educação de Adultos pela Universidade de Helsinque, Finlândia, numero de processo de revalidação 23079.020788/2012-33), Mestrado em Manejo de Conhecimento Agroecológico e Mudanças Sociais pela Universidade de Wageningen, Holanda (2004) e graduação em Engenharia Agronômica pela Universidade de São Paulo (ESALQ-USP). Atualmente é Professor Adjunto no Departamento de Engenharia Agronômica da Universidade Federal de Sergipe (UFS), onde ministra as disciplinas: Sociologia Rural, Extensão Rural e Movimentos Sociais. Professor credenciado no Programa de Pós Graduação em Saúde Pública da FSP - USP. Possui interesse de pesquisa nas áreas de Inovação, Sustentabilidade, Aprendizagem Organizacional, Teoria da Atividade (Cultural-Historical Activity Theory) e Metodologias Intervencionistas com ênfase no Laboratório de Mudança (Change Laboratory).
