Essa pesquisa escolheu considerar aquilo que está no campo do invisível, o que é fragmento ou que nos fragmenta no campo do inconsciente, continuamente nos atravessando e nos transfigurando com os sentidos que nos escapam. E, o quanto possível, vem propor a conciliação entre o que podemos ver, sentir e perceber. Tal escolha promoveu o enxergamento do desamparo como um afeto da maior importância no percurso de individuação dos sujeitos. Foi este afeto o fio que procuramos analisar no corpo das narrativas dos participantes do Programa Jovens Agentes do Patrimônio, do Museu Vivo do São Bento, situado na Baixada Fluminense, na cidade de Duque de Caxias. Elegemos como suporte teórico o conceito de desamparo proposto por Safatle (2016), o conceito de experiência apresentado por Benjamim (2010) e de Patrimônio apresentado por Chagas (2014). E as reflexões de Jung (1976, 1992, 2016, 2017a e 2017b) sobre os arquétipos e individuação. Como resultado, esse trabalho sinaliza para a importância de uma Educação Patrimonial que esteja atenta e disposta a investir na experiência profunda do encontro com o outro, considerando este instante como a possibilidade dos sujeitos mudarem a forma como se narram, tanto singular como coletivamente. E anuncia a leitura simbólica e as narrativas como recursos dos mais potentes para identificar, reparar e fiar novos tempos no imaginário dos sujeitos e, pois, nos seus mundos.
This research chose to consider that which is in the field of the invisible, which is fragment or that fragments us in the field of the unconscious, continually crossing us, and transfiguring us with the senses that escape us and, as far as possible, propose the conciliation between what we can see, feel and perceive. Such choice promoted the view of helplessness as an affection of the greatest importance in the individuation course of subjects. It was the thread that we tried to analyze in the body of the narratives of the participants of the Jovens Agentes de Patrimônio of the Museu Vivo do São Bento, located in the Baixada Fluminense, in the city of Duque de Caxias. We chose as a theoretical support the concept of helplessness proposed by Safatle (2016), the concept of experience presented by Benjamim (2010) and presented patrimony Chagas (2014). And the reflections of Jung (1976, 1992,2016, 2017a and 2017b) on the archetypes and individuation. As a result, this work points to the importance of a Patrimonial Education that is attentive and willing to invest in the deep experience of the encounter with the other, considering this moment as the possibility of subjects change the way they are narrated, both singularly and collectively. And it announces the symbolic reading and the narratives as resources of the most powerful to identify, to repair and to spin new times in the imaginary of the subjects and, therefore, in their worlds.
