Esta dissertação apresenta uma reflexão sobre o circular das mulheres pela cidade, em função dos eventos culturais que promovem e ocupam na Baixada Fluminense. Por meio do conceito de flâneur e das mulheres que assumem o ato de flanar, as flâneuses, penso de que maneira se dá a relação da mulher com as ruas da cidade e como nessa relação surgem mecanismos de resistência cultural, ao trazer para o âmbito da região metropolitana do Rio de Janeiro e suas especificidades. Assim, compreendo os conceitos que permeiam as práticas de resistência cultural realizadas por mulheres dentro do contexto dos coletivos culturais da Baixada Fluminense, ao criarem eventos nas ruas ou fora delas. Proponho uma investigação da rua como espaço físico e simbólico ocupado por essas mulheres, e suas práticas artísticas e políticas, que abarcam o conceito de artivismo dentro de um pensamento feminista.
This dissertation reflects about the women's movement around the city, due to the cultural events that they promote and occupy in Baixada Fluminense. Through the concept of flâneur and the women who assume the flânerie, called the flâneuses, I think about how it is the relation between woman and the streets of the city and how the mechanisms of cultural resistance arise in this relationship, when bringing to the metropolitan region of Rio de Janeiro and its specificities. Thus, I understand the concepts that involve the practices of cultural resistance carried out by women in the context of the cultural collectives of Baixada Fluminense, when creating events on the streets or out off the streets. I propose to investigate the street as a physical and symbolic space occupied by these women, and their artistic and political practices, which embrace the concept of artivism in a feminist thinking.
