I have an Agroindustrial Engineering degree from the University Atlantic (Barranquilla, Colombia, 2004), Master degree in Science and Food Engineering specialty Process Engineering and Product, from the Polytechnic University of Valencia (Valencia, Spain, 2008), Master in Management and Food Security from Polytechnic University of Valencia (Valencia, Spain 2010) and the title of Doctor Management Science and Food Technology from Polytechnic University of Valencia (Valencia, Spain, 2013). I have experience in research aimed at the analysis, simulation and optimization of the drying process in combination with new technologies (Ultrasonic power, supercritical fluids), to study the effect of drying conditions on the final product quality and energy efficiency.
