Juliana de Andrade Rocha Gonçalves

Currently pursuing a PhD in Psychology (UCB / 2020) in the research line of Contemporary Culture and Human Relations, Master in Psychology from the Catholic University of Brasília (UCB / 2018) and Professor of Gastronomy at the Federal Institute of Brasília - IFB. Graduated in Gastronomy from the Institute of Higher Education of Brasília IESB (2008) and graduated in Psychology from the University Center of Brasília UNICEUB. Has experience in the area of Gastronomy, Psychology and Education, with emphasis on research related to solidarity kitchens, food, Brazilian gastronomy, culture, gender and human relations. Professor member of the IFB Entrepreneurship center, Researcher member of the GT psicODS / Unesco UCB Chair. Member of the research group Food.ies-Innovation, Entrepreneurial Education and Sustainability Applied to Gastronomy and Tourism (CNPQ / IFB).

Cursando o Doutorado em Psicologia (UCB / 2020) na linha de pesquisa de Cultura Contemporânea e Relações Humanas, Mestre em Psicologia pela Universidade Católica de Brasília (UCB/ 2018) e Professora de Gastronomia do Instituto Federal de Brasília - IFB . Possui graduação em Gastronomia pelo Instituto de Educação Superior de Brasília IESB (2008) e graduação em Psicologia pelo Centro Universitário de Brasília UNICEUB. Possui experiência na área de Gastronomia, Psicologia e Educação, com ênfase em pesquisas ligadas cozinhas solidárias, alimentação , gastronomia brasileira, cultura, gênero e relações humanas. Docente integrante do núcleo de Empreendedorismo IFB, Pesquisadora integrante do GT psicODS /Cátedra Unesco UCB. Integrante do grupo de pesquisa Food.ies-Inovação, Educação Empreendedora e Sustentabilidade Aplicadas à Gastronomia e ao Turismo (CNPQ/IFB)
