Professor de direitos humanos e discriminação na FGV Direito SP. Possui mestrado (LLM) em direitos humanos e justiça internacional, e doutorado (SJD) em direito constitucional comparado pela Central European University (Budapeste). Foi pesquisador visitante na Columbia University em Nova York. Estuda políticas de diversidade, discriminação, direito internacional dos direitos humanos e direito constitucional comparado. Coordena a área de diversidade da FGV Direito SP e leciona, como professor horista, direito internacional na FGV RI SP. Coordenador do Núcleo de Justiça Racial e Direito (FGV Direito SP). Integra o Núcleo de Direito Global e Desenvolvimento (FGV Direito SP) e o Núcleo de Direito e Democracia no Centro Brasileiro de Análise e Planejamento (Cebrap). Escreve semanalmente para o jornal Folha de São Paulo. Fez estágio de pós-doutorado na Universidade de Nova York (NYU). Atualmente atua como Lemann Public Fellow em Columbia no ILAS - Institute Latin American Studies (Sept 22 - March 23), é Adjunct Professor na SIPA/Columbia (School of Int Public Affairs).
Professor of human rights and discrimination law at FGV Law School in SP. He holds a master's degree (LLM) in human rights and international justice, and a doctorate (SJD) in comparative constitutional law from the Central European University (Budapest). He was a visiting scholar at Columbia University Law School in New York. He studies diversity policies, discrimination law, international human rights law and comparative constitutional law. He coordinates the diversity program at FGV Law School in SP and teaches international law at FGV International Relations School in SP. Member of the Center for Law and Democracy at the Brazilian Center for Analysis and Planning (Cebrap). Writes weekly for the newspaper Folha de São Paulo. He did a postdoctoral internship at New York University (NYU).
