Especialista em Gestão Escolar e também em Gestão e Práticas Docentes pela FAMA/UNIFREIRE. Licenciado em Pedagogia. É mestrando e pesquisa sobre "a evasão escolar na Educação de Jovens e Adultos (EJA) sob a ótica dos educandos (bolsista - Uninove). Tem experiência em lecionar na Educação Básica, sendo na Educação Infantil e no Ensino Fundamental do 1º ao 5º ano escolar.Também coordenou as atividades do Programa Mais Educação entre os anos de 2010 e 2012, depois atuou na Coordenação Pedagógica de escolas de Ensino Fundamental I (2012 a 2013). Atualmente é Vice diretor de escola III e professor da Educação Infantil.
