Eduardo Augusto Arteiro de Faria

Graduado em Direito pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (2012), Especialista em Direito Administrativo (2018) e Mestre em Direito do Estado (2019) na mesma universidade. Aperfeiçoou-se em Formação Política do Estado (área Filosofia Política) na Escola do Tribunal de Contas do Município de São Paulo. Como advogado, tem experiência na área de Direito Público, com ênfase em Direito Administrativo e Direito Urbanístico (é membro efetivo da Comissão de Direito Urbanístico da OAB-SP). Atua nessas mesmas áreas como pesquisador e, mais recentemente, também tem desenvolvido estudos sobre fenômenos digitais e seus impactos jurídicos (Direito Digital).

Graduated in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (2012), Specialist in Administrative Law (2018) and Master in State Law (2019) at the same university. Improved in Political Education of the State (Political Philosophy area) at the School of the Court of Auditors of the Municipality of São Paulo. As a lawyer, has experience in the area of ​​Public Law, with an emphasis on Administrative Law and Urban Law (he is an effective member of the Urban Law Commission at OAB-SP). He works in these same areas as a researcher and, more recently, he has also developed studies on digital phenomena and their legal impacts (Digital Law).
